Air Fryer Zucchini Recipe

You will love this air fryer zucchini recipe, because it is such a healthy vegetable, but also taste delicious when made in the air fryer. It go so well with almost any meal, and can make a great after school snack too. With very little prep time, you can have a delicious vegetable ready to eat

 

Zucchinis are filled with important vitamins and antioxidants. They only had six carbs and about 30 to 35 calories for a medium size zucchini . Because of this, they are also a very healthy snack and nutritious vegetable to have on your plate.

 

INGREDIENT LIST TO MAKE ZUCCHINI IN THE AIR FRYER

  • Medium Zucchini- I use medium sized zucchini that are crisp and firm. You can use larger zucchini, or other summer squash, as long as they aren’t too thick. 
  • Olive oil-or avocado oil
  • Kosher Salt- and black pepper to taste

 


  1. To make these zucchini in the air fryer, they should be thinly sliced, no more than ¼ of an inch in thickness. Place them in a medium bowl and then toss with olive oil until they are lightly are coated.

  2. Seasoned with salt & pepper, or your favorite flavor of seasonings and lay the zucchini pieces flat in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not stack or overlap, so work in batches if necessary.

  3. Cook zucchini using the air fry feature, at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, shaking or tossing the zucchini halfway through cooking. Add additional time if necessary, until it reaches your desired crispness or tenderness.
